Ribena Homemade Yogurt Cheesecake

Some regarded this as a "GUILT FREE" Cheesecake without the Fattening Whipping Cream but this cake is meant for children who can't take Sourly Plain Yogurt but loves RIBENA!!

    The top layer is a combination of water, ribena and gelatine.
