"Lotus" OR " Red Bean" Paste are the Usual Filling selling in Kuching. I Don't like using the Ready Made "PASTE" as they're too SWEET !
I used " Roasted Peanuts+Sugar" as the "FILLING" and Mashed Sweet Potatoes + Glutinous Rice Flour+ Starch Flour for the "SKIN"
